If you don't like your living room, at La Famille we offer exchanges only in case of a manufacturing defect. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, so if there is a problem with the quality or design of your room, we will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. In addition, all of our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The briefing process in conjunction with the client and the delivery of a pre-design, with vo.bo. from the client, allows our clients to be completely satisfied.

In the event of a delay in delivery time, La Famille is committed to informing the customer in advance. We make sure to maintain clear and transparent communication throughout the entire process. In addition, we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and provide personalized follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

The purchase process from the moment the client contacts La Famille, until he/she receives the room is designed to be efficient and personalized, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. 

Here is the detailed process: 

1. Initial Contact: The client contacts La Famille through 

website, social networks, telephone or we visit him/her. 

Consultation and Design: An initial interview / brief is conducted to understand the client's needs and preferences. Available designs, materials and finishes are discussed. 

The design team works in collaboration with the client to develop and design their specific ideas. 

3. Quotation and Approval: A detailed quotation is presented based on the agreed design and materials. Once approved by the client, a purchase order and a 50% down payment is issued and manufacturing begins. 

4. Fabrication: Using first quality materials, the fabrication of the customized room begins. This process is carried out with attention to detail and commitment to excellence, offering warranty against manufacturing defects. 

5. Delivery: The room is delivered within the agreed time, which is usually 2 to 3 weeks. The delivery team ensures that the product arrives in perfect condition and is installed correctly in the customer's space. 

We will deliver the room with a “promo” to thank the customer for the purchase and invite them to enjoy their room. 

6. After-sales: As part of our strategy, we carry out an after-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and attend to any questions or additional needs. We also propose a referral program.
